Terms, Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Product Condition

Refurbished products are previously used devices that have been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. These products may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches or marks, which do not affect the functionality or performance of the device.

All refurbished products are thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.

2. What Is Included

Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, refurbished products may include:

  • Main device (such as laptop, desktop, or hardware unit)
  • Compatible charger or power adapter (where applicable)
  • Battery (if applicable)

Original retail packaging, manuals, or additional accessories may not always be included.

 

3. Warranty Period

All refurbished products come with a 90-Day Return to
Base (RTB) Warranty
, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Under an RTB warranty, the customer is
responsible for returning the product to our service centre for inspection,
testing, and repair if a fault occurs.

 

4. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers hardware faults that occur during normal use of the product within the warranty period.

If a hardware fault is confirmed during the warranty period,
we may at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model.

 

 

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Software issues or operating system problems
  • Virus infections or user-installed software errors
  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surge or improper power supply
  • Data loss or data recovery services
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the device

Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or marks are not covered under warranty.

 

6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If the product arrives damaged or not functioning,customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The product may be eligible for replacement or repair after inspection.

 

7. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before sending a product for repair, warranty claim, or return.

We are not responsible for any loss of data during testing, repair, or replacement.

 

8. Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue description.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and authorization.
  3. Securely package the product with all accessories before shipping it back.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or
refund of the purchased product
. We are not responsible for indirect
damages, business losses, or data loss resulting from the use of refurbished
products.
